All my items are ready to ship, unless you chose a custom version. 
Items are shipped on a standard 2-5 day
Once item has shipped you will be notified via email of dispatched item along with a tracking number, if that is chosen at checkout.

It is you the customers responsibility to ensure delivery address for receiving product is correct as once item ships it is out of my control.

Returns / Refunds

Due to some of our items being custom made I do not offer refund or exchanges.

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or faulty, I will offer you a full refund on the item once it has been returned to myself for inspection.( at the cost of you the customer)

If the item is found to be in the correct condition it will be returned back to you.
